Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
House consider the Senate message (page 3273) on the following at

    "An Act relating to authorizing the Alaska Railroad Corporation

Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate                                      
amendment to CSHB 298(L&C), thus adopting SCS CSHB 298(FIN),                                        
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                          
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                          
amendment to CSHB 298(L&C)?"  The roll was taken with the
